Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled within 48hrs before your appointment time or your card will be charge 50% of the appointment cost! If you decide to do a no call no show your card will be charged 100% of the service cost. Please take consideration that your time & my time is valued and I understand life gets in the way but it is important to contact Glow & Glam by any means to reschedule or cancel any appointments!
